Your designs are created and kept on your own device. We do not run user accounts and we do not collect your designs. The only third parties involved are Google, which serves ads (free version, Android) and processes subscription payments through Google Play. INFORMATION YOU CREATE (STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE) -------------------------------------------------------------------- - Designs, projects, cut lists and exported files (JSON, CSV, SVG, PNG, PDF) are generated locally and saved only when you choose to, to the location you pick using your device's file dialog. - These files are stored on your device (or wherever you export them). They are NOT uploaded to us or to any server. - A small amount of app settings and your premium/licence status are stored locally on the device so the app remembers them. -------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. ADVERTISING (FREE VERSION, ANDROID ONLY) -------------------------------------------------------------------- The free version shows ads using Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general device information and app-interaction data, and may use it to show personalised or non-personalised ads. This processing is carried out by Google, not by us. - How Google uses this data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites - Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads). SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS -------------------------------------------------------------------- Android: - Premium is sold as a subscription through Google Play Billing. - Google processes your payment. We do NOT receive or store your card or payment details. The app only receives your entitlement status (whether an active subscription exists) from Google Play. - Google Play's handling of your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy (link above). Windows & Web: - Premium is purchased as a one-time licence through our payment provider, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your email and payment details to complete the sale, issue receipts and handle tax; this is handled by Paddle, not by us, under Paddle's own privacy policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy). - After purchase you receive a licence key by email. You enter the key in the app, where it is verified on your device (offline) and stored locally. CHILDREN -------------------------------------------------------------------- This app is a professional design tool and is not directed to children under 13.
